Bathroom Deconstruction Process
All materials carefully deconstructed for the purpose of re using in a new space. We added space for a new entry to the en-suite from the master bedroom. Unfortunately we can not save the floor tile but we have made the floor as good as new for the new tile to be easily installed. All remaining studs have had all screws removed and ready for new drywall to easily be installed as well!
Kitchen Deconstruction Process
Although this kitchen was already beautiful it was not exactly aligned with the vision of the new owners. After we had protected the floors (that are remaining) with ram board, we used the carpet from upstairs (carpet being replaced with tile) to add extra protection while the upcoming trades are working. We understand how important it is to only remove what is requested and not damage anything that is to remain after the renovation. This project took a crew of 4, 5 working days to complete.
